REPEL THE ILLUSION OF SYNONYMY IN THE QUR’AN ALKARIM

Abstract
This study aimed to reveal the meaning of synonymy in language and terminology, and to explain the evidence of those who prohibit it and those who say it exists in the language and in the Holy Qur’an. The issue of synonymy in the Holy Qur’an remains an issue over which there is disagreement among linguists and commentators. Some of them said it and some of them prevented its occurrence.The study concluded that synonymy, even if it exists, is very rare and is only to bring the meaning closer together due to the strength, eloquence and eloquence of the Holy Qur’an, which makes every word even and every letter in its optimal place, such that there is no room for changing or substituting one letter in place of another.
