Abstract

Since the dawn of Islam the narrators and commentators of Hadith tried their best to explain the Arabic texts specially the Qur’an and Hadith. It resulted in birth of several books of the commentary of the Hadith which are well-known to those who are acquainted with the Arabic language and literature and have concern over any unwanted change to this pious language. Their attempts of contributing to the Arabic and Islamic Studies continued till the modern period either in shape of voluminous books or in shape of small treatises and research papers. They really deserve to be appreciated by the researchers and their great efforts must be applauded.This paper is a humble effort to pay thanks to them and to shed some lights on their great contributions. And it is their sincere and selfless services that always save the Arabic languages from any unwanted attacks.
