Abstract

This research article deals with the life and works of Taqi Uddin Al Hilali in Arabic poetry; He is a well-known writer as well as a poet in the history of Arabic literature in Arab worlds. He spent his life for promotion of Arabic literature in various countries like Moracco, Iraq, India, Saudi Arabia and Egypt. He talked about many topics, different events, important explanations, beneficial instructions, useful guidance in his poetry. In this research paper, we discussed some topics and objectives that are found in his poetry such as praise, satire, pride, description, mourning, complaint, calling to Allah, colonialism and freedom, issues of the Muslim community and Islamic worlds. We explained all these topics, in the light of many verses and examples, focusing on his poetry book “Minhatul Kabeer Al Mutali Fi Sher - e Wa Akhbar - e Muhammed Taqi Uddin Al Hilali”.
