It was written by the Japanese Arabist scholar Nobuaki Notohara in the Arabic language, it reflects the image of the Arab society according to what he saw in the Arab world during his stay in the Arab countries for about forty years. He mentions the image of social justice, fear, bribery, inequality before the law, racism, and lack of responsibility, the issue of Arab prisoners and militants, and other issues and problems spreading in the Arab community and turned into epidemics, which are completely deadly to people. This book deserves reading and thinking on all levels in the Arab world to know the reality of Arab society and cultural understanding. The book offers many constructive proposals to encourage policymakers in the region to pursue a serious process of cultural, educational, social, cultural, religious and moral reform. There is an urgent need for this reform if the Arab community wants to confront and combat these challenges, and problems that are widespread in the Arab society on a large scale.
