IMAMM IBN HEBAN'S METHOD IN IDENTIFYING NOT SPOKEN ABOUT AND APPROVING HIS SAYING IN HIS BOOK

Abstract

This research studies Ibn Heban's method in identifying not spoken (Almajhool) about and approving his saying in his book (Almaskoot Alayh). My work will be exactly specific on identifying not spoken (Almajhool) about according to Ibn Heban and the scientists of Al- Hadith. Then comparing their opinions with his and knowing the right thing about this issue and clarifying the doubts that were roaming around Ibn Heban's method in his book which contributed in decreasing the attention about his book and his method. Thus, if it is proofed that Ibn Heban's method was right about the not spoken (Almaskoot Alayh) about issue, I will make things clear about Ibn Heban's method, so the not spoken persons' sayings will be accepted and not refused as some scientists of sayings did. 

The Study of taboo it important detective, is no less important for the Study of the unknown (Almajhool), because both of which are linked to one another does not stop him, the unknown (Almajhool) is not known when the imams and scholars, and Imam Ibn Haban was pointed out to him, and by his account terms understood through his work in correct.
